About this Experience
This is a great program if you want to get the students up and dancing and be part of a contemporary music performance with traditional Aboriginal instruments!
THE EXPERIENCE
A highly interactive live music / dance experience for the students, conducted by didgeridoo virtuoso Ganga Giri, who has toured with his band for over 20 years and has played on some of the largest festival stages in the world! Ganga will introduce simple rhythm patterns with body percussion and clap sticks, creating an interactive ‘band’ with all students joining in. After adding some Aboriginal dance moves, Ganga will gradually raise the energy of the performance, joining the band with his didgeridoo and introducing electronic beats. It will most likely end up in a high-energy dance party!
We supply: Ganga Giri, clap sticks for students, didgeridoos, electronic production and amplification for live music.
We need: Sufficient floor space for students to dance.
Session time: 45 minutes.
Cost: $550 +GST per class
