How Our Booking Process Works
To ensure your booking is secured correctly, please note that receiving a quote does not automatically confirm your booking.
Step 1: Enquiry
Once we receive your enquiry, we'll contact you to discuss your requirements, available dates, program options, and pricing.
Step 2: Booking Confirmation
If you are happy to proceed without a formal quote:

Let us know that you would like to proceed.

We will schedule your booking in our system.

A booking confirmation email will be sent automatically.

An invoice will be issued, with payment due within 30 days or before the event date, whichever comes first.
If you require a formal quote:

We will prepare and send a quote for your review.

To confirm your booking, we require either:

Acceptance of the quote, or
-
A Purchase Order (PO) number (where applicable).

Once we receive your quote acceptance or PO number, we will schedule your booking in our system.

A booking confirmation email will be sent automatically.

The accepted quote will then be converted to an invoice.
Important!
Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email from us.
Quotes are provided for approval purposes only and do not reserve a date unless otherwise agreed.
